SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Most of our products ship FedEx ground, once your item is shipped we are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages, If you are concerned with your package getting lost/stolen please contact us to add signature / delivery conformation at an additional fee or go to the listing to add it to your cart!! All our items ship for free- however lately we have had issues with items being lost in transit or damaged so now all items include a $5.00 insurance fee to protect you if your order is lost in transit during shipping, this does not cover lost/stolen items once it has been delivered to your address.
We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to or left at your address.
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship it to you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
- We offer free shipping on most items and are only applicable to addresses located within the lower 48 states. If you live outside the lower 48, please contact us to place an order and we can get you a quote on shipping. If you place an order shipping outside lower 48 and did not pay the additional shipping or get previous approval YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RESTOCK FEE, IF IT IS CUSTOM ORDER NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
We start production on your item within 1-3 business days. During the Holidays production time may vary due to high order volume.
We realize it is a long wait but every item is hand made to order by me not machines. Please do not contact us inquiring about your order if it has not exceeded the production time, it only slows me down having to look your order up and see where you are in the line.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS, REFUNDS
Cancellations
We offer a 24-hour cancellation window, please contact us within the first 24 hours if you need to cancel your order. After 24 hours cancellations will no longer be available since production of your order has likely already started. We do not accept cancellation or returns on personalized items
Returns/Refunds
If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Items will need to be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories. We will replace with same item or issue a store credit. We strive to deliver exceptional quality with every item purchased and want you to be completely satisfied. No refund will be given on custom or personalized items
Things you should know
If you ordered an item with a magnetic lock, it is shipped unlocked. Your hanging instructions and magnetic key will be inside the shelf or flag. Please practice locking and unlocking your item several times before you close the door or hang it. DO NOT CLOSE OR HANG THE ITEM UNTIL YOU VERIFY YOU HAVE IT WORKING! If you ordered an item with RFID lock the keys are taped to the tissue paper on the front, the fingerprint lock is shipped in demo mode so any fingerprint will open it until programmed, but regardless of the lock all instructions will be inside the item. For the items needing a key card or magnetic key please make sure to remove the key before you lock it. Please be sure to read all the information we send with your purchase. There are videos on our Facebook page on how to open your item or make door adjustments. you can also see a couple of our videos below. Occasionally wood expands and contracts, once the item is acclimated to your home you may need to make a slight adjustment to the door hinge. This process is super easy and quick, please contact us if the video below does not help.
How to cut your Kaizen foam
Step 1: Lay items you are wanting to conceal on foam.
Step 2: Trace out the items using a fine-tipped marker or the tip of the enclosed Exacto knife we include with your order. Make sure to tightly trace your items for a better finished product.
Step 3: Using the enclosed Exacto knife, cut Kaizen foam to the desired depth of your item you are wanting to store and cut slow and a little at a time to not cut too deep.
Step 4: Peel away layers of foam until the desired depth is reached
LOCKS
Magnetic lock is standard on all our flags you can upgrade to RFID for an additional cost per lock.
The fingerprint lock is visible on the front of the Farmhouse sign concealment items, we are not able to move it to the side top or bottom-We will not accept returns on Farmhouse signs since it has been repeatedly stated where the lock is located. On the half flag it is on the side due to the way it opens.
Magnetic lock is a child safety lock and magnet, not any magnet will work, this is a high powered magnet. It is a polarized magnet so there is a north and south side to the magnet if the magnet does not work on one side flip it over to the other side.
**If you do not like to follow setup instructions, we do not recommend the RFID or Fingerprint lock. You must follow all directions step -by-step when setting up the bluetooth option or fingerprint. DO NOT CLOSE OR HANG THE ITEM UNTIL YOU VERIFY YOU HAVE IT WORKING!**
RFID is similar to a hotel key you place the key card it over the lock to open. If the batteries get low it will beep at you letting you know it is time to change them the door will also open and will not close until the batteries have been changed.
Fingerprint lock scans a picture of your fingerprint to open - the lock for the shelves it will store up to 20 fingerprints, when Voltage gets low the lock will automatically open and will not lock again until batteries are replaced. The other items with fingerprint lock will store up to 100 fingerprints.

HANGING INSTRUCTIONS
Hanging instructions are the same for the hidden gun safe shelf and Concealment Flag.
Each gun concealment furniture order will come with complete hanging instruction and hardware. To hang your concealment flag or hidden gun safe shelf , you will first want to locate the studs in your wall. Remove foam from flag or shelf, attach to wall with enclosed hardware making sure you are hitting the studs, replace foam and you are set.
